- Create compelling and shareable content, including text posts, images, and videos, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely responses to comments and messages.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and incorporate them into our strategy when relevant.
- Analyse social media performance using analytics tools and generate reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into our broader marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practises and emerging trends in social media marketing.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a social media marketing specialist or similar role
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies.
